Joni Haley called the meeting to order at 8:30 AM
Draft minutes of the February 15, 2008 meeting were reviewed. Motion was made by David Braiterman and seconded by Julie Introcaso to approve the minutes as read.

A. Joseph Tropiano – Attorney Tropiano asks the Board to comment on whether only a psychologist can conduct a psych evaluation or can a psychiatrist conduct one? Motion was made by Julie Introcaso and seconded by Karen Jennings to refer him the medical Board as they govern the scope of practice of psychiatrist.
II. Items moved to April agenda
A. Motion was made by Julie Introcaso and seconded by David Braiterman to discuss Computer Based Testing for LCMHC in April when Dr. Mears, clinical mental health counselor Board member, is present. Motion passed unanimously.
B.Motion was made by Sheila Renaud-Finnegan and seconded by David Braiterman to discuss the revision of essay question three and six in April. Motion passed unanimously.
A. Discussion was held on the topic of putting something on the website about professional wills.
Upon the motion of Julie Introcaso and seconded by David Braiterman, the Board, by roll call vote, resolved to conduct a non-public session for the purpose of discussing application, investigations of alleged misconduct of licensees, in accordance with RSA 91-A:3, II (c), RSA 91-A:3, II (e), RSA 91-A:5, IV, Lodge v. Knowlton, 118 N.H. 574 (1978), and the Board’s executive and deliberative privileges. Each member recorded his or her vote on the motion, which passed by the unanimous vote of all members present.
Upon the motion of Julie Introcaso and the second of David Braiterman, the Board by roll call vote, resolved to withhold the minutes of the preceding non-public session, with the exception of approved applications, responses to motions and disciplinary actions until they are served, from public disclosure pursuant to RSA 91-A:3, III on the grounds that public disclosure would be likely to affect adversely the reputation of a person other than a Board member and to render the proposed action ineffective. Each member recorded his or her vote on the motion, which passed by the unanimous vote of all members present.

1. Joint Motion to Dismiss/Substitute Notice of Hearing – Motion was made by Julie Introcaso and seconded by David Braiterman to grant the Motion. Motion passed. Karen Jennings recused. A new Notice of Hearing will be issued. The hearing is set for April 18, 2007 at 12 noon at the offices of the Board.
