Social Work Advisory Committee Minutes - October 14, 2005

Discussion took place on the following:

Discussion of problems associated with untimely supervision contracts and how the board should respond to them.

The committee discussed the need for consistency in how the Board responds and considered other options to make sure supervisors are aware of the standards.

The committee feels the applications should be considered individually but that the Board should maintain a firm standard re: the statutory requirements.

Supervisors who fail to follow the standards should be contacted by the Board and advised of the standards.
