Social Work Advisory Committee Minutes - May 13, 2005

Present:
Sheila Renaud-Finnegan, MSW, Chair, Mary Ellen Nicholls, Jill Bardsley, Anne McCausland and Gary Eager

Discussion took place on the following:

1) Board is drafting rules to reflect a 60 day limit, from when the investigation is complete, to submit their report of investigation to the Board.

2) Terms limits for investigators, criteria for choosing investigators and is there an interview process?

3) Supervisory agreements

4) Suggestion that Board meet with investigators one day per year to discuss concerns on both side.

Next meeting scheduled for Friday, June10, 2005 at 11:00 AM at the NASW office, 106 Loudon Road, Concord, New Hampshire.
