Social Work Advisory Committee Minutes - March 11, 2005

Sheila Renaud-Finnegan, Mary Ellen Nicholls, Gary Eager, Jill Bardsley

1. Discussion took place regarding the time frame the Board takes on investigations. Perhaps the board should set a standard around the time frame of complaints during the rule making process.

2. Discussion took place on asking the Board to send a separate letter to the licensee when the board takes no further action on a complaint rather than a cc on the letter that goes to the complainant. Also discussed was the legal tone of the "letter of concern".
