Meeting between Board and Advisory Committees - February 11, 2005

Present:
Sheila Renaud-Finnegan, MSW, Chair, Mary Ellen Nicholls, Jill Bardsley and Gary Eager

Discussion took place on the following:

1) Board of Mental Health Practice and advisory committee meeting held 1/14/05.

2) Proposed rules changes and input regarding:

a) Time frame necessary for investigations

b) All necessary facts to be in Settlement Agreement which will clearly address issues in complaint and ROI and which will clearly quide supervision. This may decrease supervisors desire to review ROI.

Next meeting scheduled for Friday, March 11, 2005 at 11:00 AM at the NASW office, 106 Loudon Road, Concord, New Hampshire.
