1. Discussion took place on candidate agreements and why candidates need to be supervised by an LICSW, not someone licensed as a psychotherapist by another board.

2. The reasoning behind #1 is that the person would need to be familiar with the NASW code of ethics, social work values and culture and the Board of Mental Health Practice needs to have jurisdiction over the licensee
