1) Proposed rule changes and input regarding:

a) Who can file a complaint
b) Possible conflict resolution vehicle (professional associations)
c) Possibility of having a version of the ROI for the licensee to see
d) Could APU attorney and licensee and/or their legal representation do a letter of corrective action?
