Social Work Advisory Committee - January 13, 2006

Present:
Gary Eager, Jill Bardsley, Mary Ellen Nicholls, Anne McCausland and Sheila Renaud-Finnegan

I. Supervisor's Contracts - Board sent letters to supervisor's who have not followed rules.

II. Decision

a. There has to be a written agreement with the board for the entire supervision period. Refer to 2B (statutes)for verification of this essential document peior to licensure being granted.

Rules: Mhp 301.05 No "prior to" applying - but "proposed" word is utilized. It appears the statue is clear re: prior supervision but no clear with the "rules" re: prior supervision agreement that needs to be in place

III. Letter from Sheila representing Board material to be published in NH NASW Newsletter.
