Dear Licensees:

On February 20, 2004 the Board of Mental Health Practice adopted Mhp 502.02 Mental Health Bill of Rights. RSA 330-A:15 requires all licensees to post this in a prominent location in their office. You can download the Bill of Rights for now, however, the Board is in the process of printing a copy of the Bill of Rights for all licensees. The copy, suitable for framing, will be mailed as soon as it is ready. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the Board office at 271-6762.
