A. John J. Randolph, Ph.D., ABPP, President NHPA - re: request to provide for the allowance of a substitute psychologist in case of recusal by psychologist board member (tabled from 1/20/12).

B. Joanne Linden, Ed.D. - request to amend Administrative Rule Mhp 302.04 (k)(2)c regarding the number of psychologists requested at the internship site.

C. Annamarie Cioffari, Ph.D. - information from SNHU about its graduate program in community mental health and mental health counseling.

III. Legislation

A. 2012 Legislation

1. HB 1173 - relative to complaints against psychologists - a sub-committee work session was held 1/23/12

2. SB 343-FN - establishing an independent board of psychologists - a hearing was held 1/12/12

3. HB 1508 - relative to procedures of the board of mental health practice - a sub-committee work session was held 2/2/12

4. HB 1338 - relative to failure to renew a professional or occupational license- a sub-committee work session was held 2/2/12
