NEW HAMPSHIRE BOARD OF MENTAL HEALTH PRACTICE
The purpose of the Board “is to regulate mental health practice by practitioners in the state
to assure that the services provided are effective and of a quality consistent with the standard
of care within each profession, and to safeguard the public against harm which may be caused
by, untrained, unskilled or unlicensed practitioners.” RSA 330-A:1

III. LEGISLATION UPDATE - no pending legislation
A. Review of draft rules for opening rulemaking in August
1. Mhp 302.01 (a) - change of date on the Candidate for Licensure: Supervision Agreement.
2. Mhp 302.01 (b)(11) d. - addition of the words "that has not been annulled."
3. Mhp 302.01 (k) - new language added regarding the requirements for supervisors
4. Mhp 402.01 (d) - revised from last month to include the language suggested by the Board at its June meeting.
B. Enforcement date of supervisor requirements
A. Information submitted by Lindy Keller, Dianne Pepin and Lisa Mure, relative to core competencies, current trainings and peer collaboration networks they would like the Board to post on its web site.
