| The Marital Mediator Certification Board
The nine members of the Board are approved by the Governor and Executive Council or appointed per statute. The Board regularly meets the first Wednesday of the month to review applications, address any complaints and discuss other issues relative to certifying marital mediators. Meeting dates, times and locations will be posted on this web-site.
Purpose and Scope of the Board

- Examination and certification of marital mediators.
- Oversight and discipline of certificate holders.
- Development of ethical and other professional standards, and
- Development of continued professional education requirements and other prerequisites for the renewal or reinstatement of certificates.
