Pursuant to several years of effort by the New Hampshire Conflict Resolution Associations, formerly the New Hampshire Mediators Association, and other interested persons and with the support of state legislators, NH RSA 328-C was enacted in 1990, thus creating the New Hampshire Marital Mediator Certification Board. The board consists of nine members appointed by the Governor or by statute:

The Board usually meets on the first Wednesday of every month to review applications, address any complaints and discuss other issues relative to certifying marital mediators.
The next Board meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2008 in Room 425, State House Annex from 2 PM - 7 PM.
This meeting will include a Public Comment Hearing on proposed changes to Mar 403 at 3:30 PM. |
