Total Education in Alcohol Management program was developed in 1985 to
assist licensees and their employees to better understand and apply
concepts of responsible alcohol sales and service practices.
Understanding and dealing with the "Customer of Concern" as it applies to
the waitress, waiter or bartender.
How to confront the underage customer when they attempt to purchase
alcohol and ways of detecting false and/or altered IDs.
Identifing and avoiding sales to intoxicated patrons is also a part of
the presentation, discussing intervention techniques, legal aspects of
alcohol beverage service and the reduction of risk liability.
TEAM Classes are offered throughout the State on a regular basis as well
as at the Bureau's headquarters in Concord, NH. Bureau Enforcement
Officers teach the program and are offered free of charge to all
attendees.
