Q. May suppliers or their representatives or suppliers working in conjunction with consultants or suppliers co-submit bids for this RFP?

A. Yes

Q. Does a supplier's broker need to be listed as a respondent within the RFP to assist with the execution?

A. Yes

Q. If so, can a broker be listed on more than one supplier's RFP?

A. Yes

Q. If a supplier won the RFP and used a broker to help with the project would that be allowed or considered a sub contractor and not allowed?

A. Broker participation with a supplier they represent will be allowed.
