HOLIDAY DRINK IDEAS

EGG NOG

6 egg yolks
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 cups milk
2 cups of light rum
4 cup of whipping cream
nutmeg

Beat yolks until light. Add sugar and mix well. Add milk and rum. Mix well. Chill for 3 hours. One hour before serving, whip half of cream and stir into chilled mixture. Reserve other half for garnish. Return to refrigerator for an hour. Serve in punch glasses. Garnish with whipped cream and dust with nutmeg. Serves 8-10.

CHERRY BLOSSOM

3/4 oz of Cherry Brandy
1/2 oz of Dark Rum
1 oz of Cranberry Juice
1 tsp of Grenandine
1 tsp of Lemon Juice

Shake well with crushed ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and mint leaf.
