1 1/2 oz of Vodka
1 oz of Cranberry Juice
1/4 oz of Cointreau
splash of Lime Juice

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with lime.

RED HEADED MEXICAN

1 1/4 oz of Jose Cuervo Classico
4 oz of Sprite or 7-Up
Splash of Cranberry Juice

Combine Tequila and Sprite or 7-Up in a rock glass with ice and add splash of cranberry juice. Garnish with a lemon orange peel.
