OFF-PREMISE DISCOUNT - August 3, 2009

The off-premise discount that changed from 20% to 15% on purchases over $350,000 was to Sunset on June 30, 2009.

HB2 has repealed this Sunset effectively July 1, 2009, thus, the discount will continue at 15% when an entity has purchased over $350,000 per fiscal year. (An entity is defined as all licensed off-premise accounts owned by the same corporation/business.
