Alcohol Education Programs Licensees

The Grocer Education Training Seminar was developed in 1985 to assist Off-sale licensees and their employees to better understand and perform their jobs duties relevant to the sale of age restricted products. The sale of Alcohol and Tobacco are governed under specific laws and regulations. The GETS training seminar focuses on current NH law and detailed information on false or altered IDs.

As of January of 1998 the GETS program was modified to address the newly passed provisions of RSA 126-K, the Youth Access to Tobacco Law. Attendees receive a certificate of attendance from the Bureau.

T.E.A.M. classes are offered throughout the State on a regular basis as well as the Division's headquarters located in Concord, NH. There is no fee associated with the class.
