Goals of the Program

Is to equip officers with skills and knowledge needed to identify fictitious ID's. Help provide techniques for spotting fictitious Driver's Licenses, Identification Cards, Military ID's, Passports and Green Cards.

Identity Theft is a fast growing crime.

Identity theft is used by illegal immigrants, terrorist and fugitives to gain access into this country and hide. High school and college students use ficititious documents to purchase age restricted products. Credit card and check fraud is on the rise with the use of stolen and fictitious identification.
