MISSION OF THE ENFORCEMENT DIVISION

The Division of Enforcement is committed to the public safety of all New Hampshire Citizens. We pledge to enforce the laws of the State of New Hampshire in a fair and uniform manner. We pledge to work towards the elimination of underage drinking thereby reducing the problems associated with underage consumption. We pledge to reduce the incidents of over consumption of alcohol and thereby reducing the incidents of drinking and driving. We pledge to provide the citizens of our state with prompt and courteous service.
