Total Education in Alcohol Management® program was developed to assist liquor licensees and their employees better understand NH Alcohol, Beverage and Tobacco Laws and apply concepts of responsible sales and service of age restricted products. Topics include how to determine questionable age, ways of detecting false/altered ID's and will also include recognizing signs of intoxication, discussing intervention techniques, and reducing the risk of civil liability.
The T.E.A.M. program is available online at http://training.liquor.nh.gov/emoodle/ or offered in various locations every month free of charge. Students will complete an exam and receive a certificate with a score of 80% or higher.
