Request for Information - Services and Fees

Police reports, photographs, and other related items are available to the public for a processing fee. Requests for any reports and other items must be made in writing and brought to the NH Division of Enforcement and Licensing, or sent through the U.S. Mail.

The following information is necessary to identify the requested report:

  • Report number (if available)
  • Location of occurrence
  • Date of occurrence
  • Parties involved

Reports must be paid for at the time of pick-up, or prior to mailing or electronic transfer. All requested information will be sent to you as soon as possible, however please allow 7-10 days for your information to be processed and sent to you.

Current fees

  • Copies of Reports (Incidents, Arrest, etc.) 10 cents a page for electronic copies, 50 cents a page for hard copies
  • VHS/DVD Video $40
  • Photographs $35
  • Research Costs $40 for 1st 1/2 hour / $15 for each subsequent 1/2 hour
  • Call For Service Entry $1 per sheet
