Drug Recognition Expert Program (DRE)

The New Hampshire Division of Liquor Enforcement & Licensing is responsible for the administration of the NH DECP Program. This responsibility is appointed by the NH Highway Safety Agency which offers grant funding to ensure the growth and development of the Drug Recognition Program in the State of New Hampshire in furtherance of identifying and prosecuting drug/alcohol impaired drivers on our roadways. As such, the State of New Hampshire DECP State Coordinator is Sergeant Christopher M. Hutchins.
