Educational Programs and Training

On February 17th, the Division of Enforcement and Licensing will be moving from 10 Commercial Street to 57 Regional Drive, Suite 8, however, our PO Box and phone numbers will not be changing.

The Division of Enforcement's mission is to prevent underage people from acquiring age restricted products such as alcohol and tobacco, and to encourage responsible sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages by adults thereby reducing the number of alcohol related incidents on our highways.

The Division of Enforcement is committed to providing superior education and training programs to those licensed to sell alcoholic beverages in New Hampshire. It is through our educational and training efforts we move ever closer to achieving the Bureau's goals and serving the citizens of New Hampshire.

Employee Training Initiative

L.O.T.S.
Liquor Outlet Training Seminar was developed as a comprehensive and interactive training program for the Commission's store employees. The course provides the most accurate information regarding sales to minors, false identification, sales to intoxicated patrons and business practices. The program will be carried out statewide. For more information on this program contact the Division of Enforcement at 271-8531 or Director of Store Operations, Peter Engel at 230-7027
