INTRODUCTION

This page is provided to alcohol beverage industry members in New Hampshire with the hope that it will provide direction and guidance to the complex issues surrounding the wholesaling of beer. The page contains applicable state statutes used for most answers. We have legal basis for cover the applicable areas of concern as well as applicable regulations of the federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms.

The list of questions and answers in the page is based upon questions provided by the members of the New Hampshire Wholesale Beverage Association and/or their employees. The questions furnished by the industry should not be interpreted to cover questions that may arise in the interpretation of RSA 179:11 or affiliated statutes. We believe the questions are representative of the majority of inquiries the Division of Enforcement receives in this area.
