Change Regarding RSA 281-A:24 Payment for Reasonable Value of Services
September 4, 2015
Effective September 4, 2015 under RSA 281-A: 24 Payment for Reasonable Value of Services has switched the burden of establishing the reasonableness of a bill for services rendered. It is now the provider's burden to establish that the bill for services is reasonable. The parties are to make every effort to resolve any dispute as to the reasonable value of service prior to applying to the commissioner for resolution of the dispute. On Friday October 30th the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Apprenticeship, NH Department of Labor and NH Department of Education will be partnering in a training seminar to provide registered Youth Apprenticeship Opportunities for students ages 16 and older and School to Work Compliance Training.
Target Audience:
- CTE directors & other secondary school administrators
- Work-Based learning and school-to-career coordinators.
