Cases Accepted Lists - Archives

Near the beginning of each month the supreme court releases a list of the cases that it accepted the previous month. Archived "Cases Accepted Lists" are posted here. Our archives go back to January 1997.

Each case listing includes a preliminary description highlighting the issues before the court. This initial categorization is not updated as the case proceeds and may not accurately reflect the facts as they develop as the case progresses.
