THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

SUPREME COURT OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

ORDER

Pursuant to Part II, Article 73-a of the New Hampshire Constitution and Supreme Court Rule 51 A(7), the Supreme Court of New Hampshire approves on a temporary basis new Superior Court Rules Regulating the Practice in Domestic Relations as set forth in Appendix A. These temporary rules shall be effective with all domestic relations cases filed or brought forward in the superior court on or after May 1, 1998. With respect to domestic relations cases pending as of May 1, 1998, these temporary rules may be applied as appropriate and at the discretion of the superior court in a particular case. The rules shall be referred to the advisory committee on rules for consideration of whether they should be adopted as permanent rules in place of the current superior court rules governing domestic relations cases.
