RULES OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

APPEALS IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

    
    92. Appeals in criminal proceedings shall be in order for trial by jury at the term at which they are entered. Immediately upon receipt of the appeal papers, the Clerk shall notify the appellant or his counsel that the appeal will not be entered unless the entry fee is paid within twenty days, and immediately upon the entry of such appeal shall notify the appellant or his counsel and the county attorney that the case will be placed upon the jury list for trial.


    93. Appeals in criminal cases may be withdrawn upon written motion filed at least five days prior to the date the case is scheduled for trial, but the entry fee shall not be returned.
