RULES OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

TRIAL ASSIGNMENT CALENDAR


    13. A party, plaintiff or defendant, subsequent to sixty days after entry of a suit, may by motion request that the Court place a suit on the trial calendar. Such motion shall be a representation to the Court by the attorney for the party that the party is ready for trial, that he knows of no reason why the opposing party is not ready for trial, that settlement negotiations have been exhausted and that a trial is probably certain. Rule 59 will be strictly enforced as to all such motions.
