Rule 46. Law Clerk Code Of Conduct.
Canon 4. A law clerk may engage in activities to improve the law, the
legal system, and the administration of justice
A law clerk may engage in law-related activities if in doing so he does not
cast doubt on his capacity to participate fully and impartially in performing
his assigned duties.
