Effective December 15, 1994

    The Supreme Court of New Hampshire approves, on a temporary basis and pursuant to Rule 51A(7), the attached guidelines entitled, "System-Wide Guardian Ad Litem Application, Certification and Practice." These guidelines shall have the force and effect of a court rule, shall be effective immediately, and shall supersede the "Guardian Ad Litem Application, Certification and Practice in New Hampshire Superior Court Domestic Relations Cases," adopted by this court on May 20, 1994. This matter shall be referred to the advisory committee on rules for consideration of whether the attached document should be adopted as a permanent rule.
