Rule 2.6.3. GAL as Witness


    (a) The GAL may be called as a witness in the proceeding by either party or at the request of the court.

    (b) The parties may agree to accept the GAL's report and to limit a GAL's role so that the GAL may not be called as a witness except upon order of the court.
