System-wide Guardian Ad Litem Application, Certification and Practice

    
    (a) The GAL serves at the pleasure of the court. The GAL's appointment may be terminated at any time.    

    (b) The GAL shall report to the respective administrative judge of the superior, district and municipal, and probate courts any time the GAL becomes a litigant in any case in the respective level of court.
