Guidelines for Guardians Ad Litem Table

The Guardian ad Litem shall have the right to inspect the medical, mental health and school records of the minor(s), and shall have the right upon reasonable notice to examine any residence wherein any person seeking custody proposes to house the minor(s). The Guardian ad Litem is entitled to request financial, medical, mental health and other records of the parties, and in appropriate cases the Master or Justice may compel compliance with such requests.
