Guidelines for Guardians Ad Litem Table

At the time of the appointment of the Guardian ad Litem the order shall indicate who is responsible to pay for the Guardian's services. Unless otherwise requested and approved the fees for the Guardian ad Litem shall be shared equally between parties.
