RULES OF THE DISTRICT COURTS OF THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

CRIMINAL RULES

Rule 2.16. Felony superseded by grand jury indictment.

    
    Where a felony complaint is pending and reliable information is received that the defendant has been indicted by a grand jury, the complaint shall be so marked, and the clerk shall thereafter send to the clerk of the Superior Court any bail or bond pertaining thereto, along with a copy of such complaint where possible.
