Merrimack County has four family divisions:

Jurisdiction : City of Concord, and the towns of Loudon, Canterbury, Dunbarton, Bow, Hopkinton, Pittsfield, Chichester, and Epsom.

Directions

From the north:  Take Interstate 93 South to Exit 14 downtown Concord.  At the end of the ramp turn right and go through 3 sets of lights.  At the fourth light turn left onto Green Street.  At the first set of lights after you’ve turned, Green Street becomes South Street.  Follow South Street until you come to Clinton Street, which will be at the next set of lights.  Take a right onto Clinton Street.  The courthouse will be on your right after approximately 2 blocks.  It is a 2 story red brick building with parking in the back.

From the south:  Take Interstate 93 North until the exit for Interstate 89 North to Vermont.  Take 89 North to exit 2 (Clinton Street).  Turn right at the end of the ramp onto Clinton Street.  Remain on Clinton Street for approximately 1 ½ miles and the courthouse will be on your left.  It is a 2 story red brick building with parking in the back.

From Interstate 89 south:  Take Interstate 89 South to Exit 2 (Clinton Street).  Turn right at the end of the ramp onto Clinton Street.  Remain on Clinton Street for approximately 1 ½ miles and the courthouse will be on your left.  It is a 2 story red brick building with parking in the back.

Jurisdiction : City of Franklin and the towns of Northfield, Danbury, Andover, Boscawen, Salisbury, Hill, Webster, Sanbornton, Tilton, Lochmere & Winnisquam.

Directions

From the north:  Take Interstate 93 South to Exit 20.  At the end of the ramp proceed South on Route 3.  Go through four sets of lights and turn left at the fifth set onto Franklin Street.  Travel past the Post Office on your right and stop at the stop sign.  Turn right onto School Street.  Travel about .2 of a mile to the Hancock Terrace entrance on your right.  You will pass the Catholic Church on your left just before reaching the court entrance on the right.

From the south:  Take Interstate 93 North to Exit 19.  At the end of the ramp turn left.  Follow for approximately 1 mile to lights in Tilton.  Turn left on Route 3 and go through two more sets of lights.  At the third set turn left onto Franklin Street.  Travel past the Post Office on your right and stop at the stop sign.  Turn right onto School Street.  Travel about .2 of a mile to the Hancock Terrace entrance on your right.  You will pass the Catholic Church on your left just before reaching the court entrance on the right.

Jurisdiction : Antrim, Bennington, Bradford, Deering, Henniker, Hillsborough, Warner, Windsor.

Directions

From the north:  Take Interstate 93 South to Interstate 89 North.  Take Interstate 89 North to Exit 5 (this is a left exit).  This will put you on Route 202 and 9, to Henniker/Bradford exit. Turn left at the end of the off ramp onto Rte 114S. At the yellow blinking light in the center of town turn right onto Western Avenue. Approx. 1 mile down turn right onto Liberty Hill Road. About one block down you will see signs for SAU#24 and The Fitness Center on the left. We are the second building on the left, use right hand entry door.

From the south:   Take Interstate 93 North to Interstate 89 North.  Take Interstate 89 North to Exit 5 (this is a left exit).  This will put you on Route 202 and 9, to Henniker/Bradford exit. From the north:  Take Interstate 93 South to Exit 11.  From tollbooth off-ramp ($.50), take a left to Route 3A.  At 3A, take a left and go about a ¼ mile to first set of lights.  At the lights, bear right and go a ¼ mile and cross a bridge.  At the base of the bridge, take a left onto Merrimack Street.  Go about a ½ mile and the Court will be on the left.
