Carroll County has two district courts:
1. Northern Carroll County District Court
2. Southern Carroll County District Court
Carroll County Family Division
Carroll County Family Division has two locations:
Conway Family Division is located in the Northern Carroll County District Court.
Ossipee Family Division is located in the Southern Carroll County District Court.

Directions
From the north, take Interstate 93 South to Interstate 393 (in Concord). Take Interstate 393 to Route 28. Take Route 28 North to route 16. Stay on Route 16 North through the center of Conway and around the corner heading to North Conway. About 1 ¾ miles around the corner you will come to the junction of where 302 comes in from the right and joins Route 16. Turn right onto Route 302 East. Go about 1 ½ miles. Conway Police Department is visible on the left. Turn on to side road. Courthouse is at the same location.

Directions
From Dover, Portsmouth area north, take Route 16. Turn left before the Ossipee House of Pizza onto Route 171. Follow Route 171 to the intersection of 28. Go through the intersection and continue on for about one mile, and the Carroll County Courthouse is a brick building on the right. The District Court is on the second floor.
From the North (Conway, Berlin), take Route 16 South. Turn right just before the Hannaford's Plaza onto Route 28. Go about 2 miles to blinking light. Turn right onto Route 171. Go about a mile, and the Carroll County Courthouse is a brick building on the right. The District Court is on the second floor.
From Concord, Manchester, Nashua, take Route 28 North. Follow Route 28 North to Wolfeboro and take a right to remain on Route 28. Follow Route 28 for about 11 miles to a blinking light. Take a left at the blinking light onto Route 171. Go about a mile, and the Carroll County Courthouse is on the right. The District Court is a brick building on the second floor.
From the west—Lebanon/Keene, take Interstate 89 or Route 101 to Interstate 93 to Concord. Follow directions from Concord.
From Littleton, take Interstate 93 South to Ashland Exit 24. Take Route 25 through Moultonboro. At intersection of Routes 16 & 25 take Route 16 South. At intersection of Routes 16 & 28 take Route 28 South. At the intersection of Routes 28 & 171 turn right onto Route 171. Go about a mile, and the Carroll County Courthouse is a brick building on the right. The District Court is on the second floor.
