Copying and Fax PolicyCopying procedures differ at each level of the court. For more information, contact the clerk's office in the jurisdiction where the records are located. Click here for the list of court locations and clerks. NEW HAMPSHIRE SUPREME COURT RECORDS The following supplements Sections III, IV and VI of the "Guidelines for Public Access to Court Records". Pursuant to those guidelines, the following copying and fax procedures and fees are effective immediately: Court records are generally available for viewing at the Supreme Court clerks office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, all court holidays excepted. The staff in the clerks office is not available for copying or faxing of court records. All copying and fax requests are referred to the New Hampshire Law Library, also located in the Supreme Court Building. The law library has two self-service photocopiers. Self-service copies are $0.10 per copy. The photocopiers accept coins, one and five dollar bills. The library has no change machine. Staff copies sent by fax are $0.35 per page. Copies sent by mail are $0.20 per page. Copy requests to the library are limited to 10 cases or 50 pages per day. Case docket sheets are available from the Clerks office, at no charge, up to 10 cases or 50 pages. Requests estimated to exceed 50 pages must be submitted in writing to the courts Public Information Officer, on a form provided by the clerks office. Requests over 50 pages or 10 cases will cost $0.10 cents per page, to be paid immediately upon receipt of the documents. A fee of $10 per hour may be charged for Supreme Court employee time required to provide copies in excess of 10 cases or 50 pages. Reasonable requests for copies of case docket sheets will normally be filled within three working days. The request for Docket Sheets form is available to

and The above regulations are intended to provide timely access to the records with a minimum of disruption to the operation of the clerks office. Requests that cannot be met without substantial disruption in the clerks office will be referred to the Public Information Officer.
