JUDICIAL CLERKSHIPS: 2009-2010

LAW CLERK TO: One of five Supreme Court justices

NUMBER OF CLERKS: Ten (10), approximately half of whom will be hired to begin employment August 2009.

STARTING DATE: Late August 2009 through August 2010.

LENGTH OF COMMITMENT: One year.

SALARY AND BENEFITS: $51,624.00 yearly. Ten days paid vacation; medical and dental benefits; paid holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS: J.D. degree or candidate for J.D. degree in 2009. Excellent writing and research background.

The New Hampshire Supreme Court will accept applications from April 1, 2008 through August 1, 2008. An application should include a cover letter, a resume, the names of three references with contact information, a law school transcript, and a writing sample of no more than ten pages in length.
