Reminder:

Lawyers on the existing roster of Rule 170 neutrals who plan to participate in the new program are  required to complete an 8-hour refresher program by December 31, 2008 . Please note, there is no cost for the training, for which lawyers will also receive CLE credit.

8-Hour Refresher Training Dates:
September 24, 2008 (8:00am-5:00pm) -- Accepting "wait list" names only
October 15, 2008 (8:00am-5:00pm)
November 19, 2008 (8:00am-5:00pm)
December 3, 2008 (8:00am-5:00pm)

New recruits signed up for the Rule 170 program are required to complete a 20-hour training program before they can participate in the program. The cost for this training is $275.00, for which lawyers will receive CLE credit.

20-Hour Training Dates:
September 30, October 1 & October 3, 2008 *
Place: Federal Courthouse
Time: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

October 27, October 28 & October 29, 2008 **
Place: Admin Office of the Courts
Time: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

December 9, December 10 & December 12, 2008
Place: Federal Courthouse
Time: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Note: September 30 is Rosh Hashanah

** This is an additional training that has been added to the originally scheduled training date.

All trainings will be held in Concord. Location to be determined and confirmed prior to each training date.
