The renewal fee is $200.00 for two years. There is a $40.00 late fee for each month or portion of a month that your renewal is late.

you can look it up on the licensee lookup

 

*Licenses expired over 12 months require reinstatement. Please contact the Board office if your license is lapsed 12 months or more.
