Examinations:

 Fundamentals of geology                $200.00

 Practice of geology                          $200.00

Proctoring for another jurisdiction   $100.00

Renewal/Reinstatement Fees:

Biennial renewal fee                         $150.00

Renewal late fee                              
per month for up to 12 months           $30.00

 Reinstatement after 12 months       $510.00

Miscellaneous:

 Temporary permit fee                      $200.00

Verification of licensure
to another jurisdiction                         $10.00

Replacement of a lost or
mutilated certificate of licensure        $30.00
 

Certificate of licensure fee                 $30.00

Refund Policy:
All fees for licenses, renewals, certificates and examinations are nonrefundable and payable in advance. In the event of an overpayment, a refund request would need to be reviewed and approved by the Joint Board.
