I n order to qualify for a Certificate of Authorization for a Business Organization you must have the applicable New Hampshire licensed Professional on your staff, full time Please Note: If your business is a DBA, in the Assumed Names/Trade Names: field, please type in: DBA and then the DBA name of the company. Land Surveying or Engineering Business Certificates may be applied for or renewed on-line by clicking the link below. Architecture firms must renew or apply by downloading paper forms below.
