When a complaint is received it is reviewed by the appropriate Board to determine jurisdiction.

If jurisdiction is established, the complaint will be assigned to an investigator for further review and investigation.

Complainants will be advised of the status of their complaint once jurisdiction has been established or the complaint has been assigned for investigation.

To file a complaint, you may download
the complaint form on-line or you may obtain a form by calling the

To file a complaint, write a brief description of the issues encountered and include:

The work the licensee was hired to perform, includes dates;

The location of the project;
-
The problems encountered;

A list of witnesses if applicable;

Attach all relevant documentation
such as contracts, plans, maps, letters.
