name starts with A-M,
and you have not renewed you will need to file
hardcopy “Return
to Active Practice” application and will be
required to submit all formal certificates of
completion. If you find you are unable to meet your
CPE requirement, please contact this agency

For Expired and
Inactive Status Licensees
Pursuant to RSA 309-B:14, III, if you have not
renewed your license you are no longer authorized to use the CPA
or PA designation until such time you have submitted the
Return to Active Practice Application and supporting
documentation and that application has been approved.

wish to “Return to Active Practice” please see
below:
If you are in expired status this means that you
did not file an application to renew your personal
CPA license within 60 days after it expired.
Individuals with a last name commencing with A-F
expired June 30, 2011. In this regard your license to practice as a CPA in
the State of New Hampshire is lapsed and you are
currently not licensed to practice public accounting
and you are prohibited from using the CPA
or PA designation in any form pursuant to RSA 309-B:14.
If you want to return to
active practice from expired status you have two
options:
1) If you earned the appropriate number of CPE
hours required for your recently missed renewal
which included the 4 hours of ethics you may choose
option 1.
2) If you did not earn the CPE required for
renewal during the periods of time for your alpha
group or you are currently in INACTIVE Status you
may choose option 2.
