Oct-25-11 Attorney General Michael A. Delaney and Insurance Commissioner Roger A. Sevigny announced today the conviction of Monique L. Peaslee for Insurance Fraud. Ms. Peaslee was convicted of the misdemeanor insurance fraud relating to information on her application for insurance with Government Employees Insurance Company, ("GEICO").
Sep-16-11 Attorney General Michael A. Delaney and Insurance Commissioner Roger A. Sevigny announce the conviction of Jason Reed of Sutton, MA for the crime of insurance fraud. On September 15, 2011, a hearing was held at Merrimack County Superior Court in Concord, NH at which Mr. Reed pleaded guilty to one Class B felony of insurance fraud against Concord Group General Mutual Insurance Company.

Mar-30-11 Attorney General Michael A. Delaney and Insurance Commissioner Roger A. Sevigny announced today the conviction of Max F. Kenol for the insurance related crime of Theft by Deception.  Mr. Kenol worked as an insurance producer for American Family Life Assurance Company, ("AFLAC") in 2007.  Mr. Kenol was charged with theft by deception after he obtained approximately $2,000 in commission fees from AFLAC in September of 2007 by deception. 
Mar-17-11 Attorney General Michael A. Delaney and Insurance Commissioner Roger A. Sevigny announced today the conviction of Audrey Dion for forgery. Ms. Dion pleaded guilty to creating two false Insurance Certificates and signing each with the name of a licensed insurance producer. Ms. Dion issued the false certificates to a local construction company in an attempt to win a bid to provide subcontracting services.
