Update on New Hampshire HealthFirst Basic Plan

NOTICE: Recently, the department has received inquiries regarding the differences in a carrier's tiering from that established by the department. Under the HealthFirst rules, a carrier may establish its own tiering, subject to the department's approval. At least one carrier has elected to do this. For this reason, it is important for a consumer interested in purchasing the HealthFirst product to check the specific tiering before purchasing the product.
