The transaction under which Union Vie assumed the remaining in force Canadian policies of ACA Assurance (with the exception of a handful of TourMed policies) has now closed. Canadian policyholders of ACA Assurance will be receiving a formal certificate of assumption from Union Vie. This certificate will contain contact information if policyholders have questions with respect to the effect of this transaction. Order |

The French language version of the Assumption Reinsurance Agreement is intended to be a literal translation of the official English-language document. The French language version is provided for the use of and as a courtesy to ACA's French speaking policyholders.
Although we believe the French language version is an accurate translation of the English agreement, please note that the English language version is the official, legally binding agreement between the parties. A copy of the English language is also available on this website
