Fraud Case Resolutions for Fiscal years 2010 and 2011

 

Class A Felony Charge carries a maximum penalty of 7 1/2 to 15 years incarceration and a fine of $4000 or an amount not to exceed double the amount of property gained in the commission of a felony.
Class B Felony Charge
carries a maximum penalty of 3 1/2 to 7 years incarceration and a fine of $4,000.
Class A Misdemeanor Charge
carries a maximum penalty of 1 year incarceration and a fine of $2,000.
Class B Misdemeanor Charge
carries a fine of $1,200 and does not include any term of imprisonment.
